Capacity for such rapid response is built into our company infrastructure. We have over 50 bilingual professionals (half of which have TOEIC scores above 800) that can respond promptly to your concerns.

Accuracy of financial reports and accounting functions

Okamoto & Company prides itself on the quality of its financial reports and accounting work.
Our firm is registered with the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Bernard (PCAOB), a nonprofit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interest of investors and further the public interests in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.
Registration with the PCAOB requires our firm to establish and maintain high standards in auditing and related attestation, quality control, ethics, and independence. With the exception of the Big Four, we are one of the few firms that are registered with the PCAOB in Japan.
All clients are introduced to a client service team consisting of a minimum of a partner, reviewer and in-charge. All reports are submitted for a review before submission.
